Fred’s Mexican Café in Pacific Beach is our flagship restaurant, and opened its doors in 1994. With colorful décor, a festive atmosphere and noted as being the Best Mexican Restaurant in San Diego, this venue is a favorite among locals and tourists alike. We have recently expanded Fred’s to include an outdoor fire pit and heated outdoor patio, an authentic tortilla making station (yes, we make our own delicious tortillas), as well as a pool table and large palapas bar to add fun and flavor to any dining experience.
